Hi, I'm Megan...

I've loved baking since I was a kid, but when I went vegan in 2014 I was excited to recreate all my favorite recipes vegan. After baking for friends and family for years, they encouraged me to start selling my vegan bakes. Moving to the prairies of Minnesota I noticed a fondness for pie and started selling my pies as Prairie Vegan Pies. I ran this business for 6 years in 3 different cities. Gathering fans of my bakes in each new city. I expanded into donuts, cookies, brownies and more. Now I want to share with you the techniques I've learned and the recipes I created along the way!
